In this composition, Nasturtium flowers emerge from an antique silver sugar bowl. It is framed by a simple cut-out in the shape of a roman arched window. Windows such as these always remind me of churches and sacred spaces and and so in my mind I associate this set up with an offering of beauty to the viewer.
